Birthday Buffet on 15 Dec 2007

I managed to send out a mass sms to the people that I wished to invite for my birthday informing them about the change of my birthday from a BBQ to a buffet.


I would like to thank Stella for highlighting about the rainy season issue not too long ago. It really slipped my mind that Dec is always the rainy season in Singapore. I would also like to thank Nicole for agreeing to come, abielt on short notice. I would send her a tinker when the date is nearer.


As anticipated, someone changed his mind, Krys,Eriko & Bonnie will not be coming. Anyway I will be confirming the list by 15 Nov to allow Elaine mei to help me & Terence to cater the food from her work place.


I really got to thank Elaine for organising the party for me & Terence. I know she has been very busy too, but she volunteered to do it. I am touched by the gesture from her.

Movie Outing Plan With Fellow Blogger Friends

I guess Darling, SR & Rich want to watch "Memiors of A Geisha", especially after the ladies were so engrossed in the book at MPH during our last meeting. It can be afternoon or nite show, but afternoon is preferred as I would like to avoid the crowd shopping for CNY goodies & clothes. I would like to call the following people. In Fond Memory of My NS Pal, Jason

I am sure that some of you who knows Jason would want to leave your condolence messages here for his family and your memories about him. I will be meeting his mum tomorrow evening and will be compiling all the messages received into a booklet to be given to his mum. The deadline for submission of the messages into the comment box is 4pm tomorrow. Thank you. Edited on 29 Dec 2007, 6.50pm After discussing with some of my & Jason's common friends, we made a conculsion that we will be burning the compiled messages to him, so that he can take it with him and read it. His body is buried at Bishan Vale, Blk 91, 2nd storey, 3rd level. I am looking at organising a group visit to the temple on Jan 1 2008 around the afternoon. Place to meet will be Bishan MRT, then we will take a cab there as I am not very sure of the exact location, despite his mum's guidance. Please contact me if you are interested in going.
