Gambling - The Cause of All Evil

A young relative of mine recently dropped out of school after chalking up huge debts in the root of all evil, gambling. I was telling my mum that he should be taught a harsh lesson, even it means sending him for reformative training as we can't always keep settling this sort of thing. It is like a bottomless pit.
