Morning Shock

Just wish to tell my blog readers that I cannot take any more shocks these few days already as the few days have been shocking enough for me on my job already. Lucky Saturday, I am celebrating Grace’s birthday before heading down to A*Mei concert with her. I can’t wait!!!

My boss decided to drop me the shocker of the week, by telling me there is increment for me but I found nothing added to the usual figure that I was taking for the past 1 year plus. At first, I didn’t know how to react as this is a rather delicate issue, but in the end, I managed to solve it in a subtle way. It ended up I had the increment that I expected. I shall not say how much I have gotten, as some of my colleagues got a major pay cut due to their poor performances.

This increment meant that I am able to increase the family allowance to my mum since I started this job.

Movie Outing Plan With Fellow Blogger Friends

I guess Darling, SR & Rich want to watch "Memiors of A Geisha", especially after the ladies were so engrossed in the book at MPH during our last meeting. In Fond Memory of My NS Pal, Jason

I am sure that some of you who knows Jason would want to leave your condolence messages here for his family and your memories about him. I will be meeting his mum tomorrow evening and will be compiling all the messages received into a booklet to be given to his mum. The deadline for submission of the messages into the comment box is 4pm tomorrow. Thank you. Edited on 29 Dec 2007, 6.50pm After discussing with some of my & Jason's common friends, we made a conculsion that we will be burning the compiled messages to him, so that he can take it with him and read it. His body is buried at Bishan Vale, Blk 91, 2nd storey, 3rd level. I am looking at organising a group visit to the temple on Jan 1 2008 around the afternoon. Place to meet will be Bishan MRT, then we will take a cab there as I am not very sure of the exact location, despite his mum's guidance. Please contact me if you are interested in going.
