Pissed By A Client
I tried to explain to a client that he had not e-mailed a particular document, which is not under my purview or job scope to me, but to my boss and my accounting dept colleague.
He just refused to listen to my explaination, making me want to flare up. He said I should be responsible in a rude tone. How can I be responsible for something that is not under my purview?
If I don't go by the philosphy that customers is always right, just give them what they want, I would have turned nasty.
