Problems at Volunteer E-Filing Weekend

For the 2nd year in a row, I have faced problems when e-filing for my fellow citizens. It is certainly problems beyond my control. I certainly hope IRAS can solve the technical problems at their end soon as the e-filing crush is coming soon. For those who have not filed your taxes, please do so soon. You still have 14 days if you are using the e-filing mode, and 11 days if you are using the paper filing mode. My advice is to e-file early to avoid the crush at the last minute.

I started earlier than usual at the centre today, as I went for a praying session with my mum & aunt at Tampines Soka Centre in the morning. I headed to the Serangoon CC right after my lunch. I started at about half an hour before the official time at 2pm and ended about 7pm today, thanks to the system problems and the huge crowd. Both Harris and I did 49 cases together. This was a new record for the centre.

Just a point to highlight, taxpayers are required to declare their income based on the salary information slip (Form IR8A) given by your employer. You are not allowed to leave out any allowances or benefits in kind stated in the Form IR8A in your tax return. Failure to do so may result in a fine amounting to 3 times of the tax that you have under declared and a jail term.

If a relative or loved one were to pass away, the immediate family member can't attend a happy event, like wedding & housewarming. Movie Outing Plan With Fellow Blogger Friends

House Visiting & AVietnamese Girlfriend For Me??

I started my day early today at 8.30am. I was helping my mum with the flower decoration & slept at 1am last night. Had received CNY sms messages from my ex colleague, LS, Angela, Rebecca, Darling, Caifeng, Huixuan, Huiyu, Mac, Jaslyn, Joey, Candy , Kelvin, Rich & Mike. Thanks for all your well wishes, my friends.
