BusY APR

It has been a while since I last blogged again as I had been busy with my work, which ran into some problems. It is quite surprising that someone who is only just an audit associate partner of my company have the cheek to ask my boss that she wants to take charge of us when she will be on leave from the company. It is also surprising to note that she has been expecting freebies from us when she stationed a number of her staff at my office since Day 1.

I was pretty disturbed by her comments / complaints about me not devoting 100% to my work and focusing on my volunteer work instead. I feel that this was non of her business as I do my volunteer work at outside off my working hours and moreover, you are not my boss, why are you so nosey? My boss has been aware that I have been involved in this since the day I joined the company or should I say when I was interviewed for the job. Sometimes, such things make me wonder if I should stay further or should I move on? It is fortunate that volunteer work and singing kept me sane.

I had helped close to 70 people together with my friends in this year personal tax filing. It was slightly off my target, due to CDG did not inform their drivers about the service. 2 surprises happened during and after the program. The service got broadcast on the paper again after a reporter saw my poster on Facebook and NTUC assisted me to arrange for a radio interview to speak on this, two days back.

I am ready to start my MGP engagement with the seniors after clearing my training and table top role play. I was caught by surprise at the training facility as my photo and interview article was featured at the facility. The table top role play was fun, and I had good time interacting with my Division Lead.
