Album Feature: Kit Chan 再爱一回，陈洁仪

I managed to get hold of this album last week after searching high and low for the past two weeks. The album is a compilation of her hits from her albums in her 15 year career. I must say I really enjoyed the album especially CD 1 with 心痛，喜欢你，伤心. Of course CD 2 was equally good with 天冷就回来，入戏太深，再爱一回．

I would recommend all of you who likes her songs to get her album. You will enjoy.

Movie Outing Plan With Fellow Blogger Friends

I guess Darling, SR & Rich want to watch "Memiors of A Geisha", especially after the ladies were so engrossed in the book at MPH during our last meeting. It can be afternoon or nite show, but afternoon is preferred as I would like to avoid the crowd shopping for CNY goodies & clothes. I would like to call the following people. There are certain things which some Chinese are pretty particular with:- Happy and sad events can't clash together within 100 days to a year. If a relative or loved one were to pass away, the immediate family member can't attend a happy event, like wedding & housewarming. The Teochews treat their eldest male grandchild as their youngest son. If you are getting married & your friend who is getting married invites you to his wedding, u are not allowed to attend. The old people say happy events clash. The red packet can't be given twice for a happy event. Likewise for the condolence packet. One should not give shoes or lamp to a birthday boy or gal, as it is believed that you may bring the person to his deathbed. These are some interesting stuff to share, especially to some blog readers who are not living in a place filled with Chinese.
